Our Brewer Tom Munoz
Tom is a 15 year veteran of the Seattle Brewing industry. His resume includes work at Glacier Peak, Farwest and Snoqualmie Falls Breweries as well as many consulting ventures throughout the Seattle area. Tom has won 6 medals for his creations at the NABA and GABF. We are proud to have “El Guapo” on the Stix team. His passion for brewing great beer shines through in each glass of Stix House Brew. Just one taste and you’ll feel it. Bottoms up!
Corner Pocket Pale Ale
OG=1.054, FG=1.012, IBUs=40, ABV=5.2%The pale at the corner is not only revealing, but traditional. This brew is copper-colored and slightly fruity with enough hops to satisfy any NW pale enthusiast.

Cut Throat IPA
OG=1.066, FG=1.014, IBUs=58, ABV=6.0%Distinctive, bold, fruity and hophead-like with enough malt character to back it up. Made with a touch of rye. Why? Because we can! If you’re playing a game of Cutthroat and enjoying our IPA, keep an eye on your brew.

Rack 'Em Red
OG=1.064, FG=1.018, IBUS=40, ABV=6.0%Amber-colored, medium-bodied, nutty and full flavored. If you’re being told to “Rack ‘Em” regularly, keep drinking this fine brew and cheer up! You’ll get better soon.

Pool Shark Porter
OG=1.068, FG=1.020, IBUs=40, ABV=6.7%A hearty brew – rich, smooth, dark, robust, smokey and complex. Oh, yeah. It’s all that. A few of these will bring down any Pool Shark to the level of amateur. You can beat ‘em! We’re pullin’ for ya!

One Ball Weiss
OG=1.055, FG=1.014, IBUs=15, ABV=5.4%(Pronounced “vice”) As Southern German as it gets! Pale and golden in color with hints of banana and clove. Just a fantastic hefeweizen!
